The Man With The Blizzard Sight

In the summer of 2025, an animated film with an odd title became everyone’s hyperfixation – so now’s your chance to throw your characters in that world! Be it crosscanon or AU, protect the planet with your songs (and pointy weapons), cheer on your favorite idols while being unaware your soul is tasty, or plot an evil takeover with sexy demons! Here are some prompts/tropes/ideas to get you started!
 

HOW IT’S DONE

Hunters have been protecting the world since times long past – pick a time period to play in! Be the first generation to try it out, or flip through the ages for the most fun. Are you a traditional 3-group, or insist on doing things solo? Does the mentor have their own story, or is this a family tradition? Were you recruited eagerly or have no say in the songs? Are you all human, part demon, or all demon, and do your bandmates know the truth?
 

GOLDEN

The honmoon can’t be completed without the fans! Be the blissfully unaware manager (Hi Bobby!!!) or maybe they know more than they’re letting on. Maybe their biggest fan won a contest to meet their favorite singers – or that fan is a target that needs saving. Can love blossom between idol and idol-watcher, or is the parasocial link too strong? What if a fan joins the hunters?

Here come the rivals! Can they hide their demon-traits better and go undetected? Or are they shamelessly announcing their demon-tats while fans think it’s just lore? What is the shame that drove them to Gwi-Ma or a new Big Bad of demons? Do they have a choice about being in this band, or are they as hungry for the spotlight as they are for souls? Up the embarrassment with weird game-show challenges and dance-offs!
 

TAKEDOWN

What kind of weaponry do your hunters use with the Honmoon? Traditional blades and knives, or can we throw in some modern tech? Maybe you can make your punches and kicks extra powerful with magical pomp! Do different genres of music give you different powers? Can the demons use weapons this time around? Will different ideals drive your group apart?

I’d argue that dating a demon counts as monsterfucking. So let’s get those forbidden fruit romances in here! Are you allowed to date someone in your group, or does your mentor forbid close contact? Can demons fall for fellow demons, and does that make their shame weaker or stronger? And can’t forget hunter/demon! Try to lure the other to your side, or fight your feelings with your fists!

 

YOUR IDOL

The worst possible scenario has happened – the demons have lured away your fans and fellow hunters! Was it a full-on seduction, or a big boastful number? What is the shame and wish that leads them towards Gwi-Ma? How do you break the sexiest spell? Explore the darkest timeline and have your hunter decide to switch teams. Or maybe the demon will spare you… in exchange for being their partner. Or pet. Or both. No kinkshaming here.

 

WHAT IT SOUNDS LIKE

For better or worse, it’s time to reveal the truth about who you are – and true friends will stay by your side. How does a broken band get back together? Can you change the ending and have the nice demons stay with you? Or do you want to up the tragedy with even more loss? Will the world finally know about hunters and demons, or will you keep the secret to the grave? More importantly… what kind of demon pets do they have? Bird, kitty, maybe a demon doggy…?
